It is a building of century XVII that was constructed with ashlar masonry. It has a nave of four separated sections by pointed archs of diaphragm
that support the tile roof to two waters. There is a choir on logs on the feet of the building, in the top of the church.
The entrance is of arch of average point with voussoirs without adornment. The tower is on the feet, in the side of the epistle. It has two bodies of ashlar masonry and it was constructed between 1.910 and 1.916. The church was consecrated towards 1.851
Under the stairs of access to the choir there is a font with a big glass of stone which is painted. It is leaned on a round stone.
The church is dedicated to the apostle James. It is for this reason the town of Losanglis celebrates its supervisory celebrations around the 25 of July.
