It is located in the square of the town of Loarre, near to the City council and to a house built with ashlars which has many marks of stonecutter. Three buildings form a colorful corner.

It is constructed of ashlars. With ashlars is formed a heavy wall in which a reduced arch is opened. Under this arch they are the three sewers and the basin. In ashlars there are many marks of stonecutter and other signs between which there is an registered date, 1.552

The construction is completed with another wall that starts perpendicularly of it in whom a bank leans. This wall serves as retaining wall to the street that raises behind it.
